Over the period of the department’s existence, the clinical work of its employees largely determined the role of the team not only in patients and work colleagues, but also in the management of those hospitals on which the department was based. Precisely because she helped the hospital in a purely practical sense, and clinical work largely determined the relationship between the department and the hospital. The high professional level of employees, the degree of dedication of forces in clinical work determined the stability of the department in the DTB of Dushanbe. One of the priority and main directions of the department was the implementation and constant monitoring of medical work in the tuberculosis department of the hospital.
