Clinical base of the Department

The main clinical base of the Department is a Municipal Health Centre (MHC) No. 2, where there are well-equipped offices for family and specialized doctors, X-ray room, the ultrasound examination room, ECG room and laboratories. Health care services of MHC No.2 cover over 25 thousand people in Dushanbe. Moreover, the Family Medicine Department No.1 makes extensive use of the clinical bases MHCs No.8 and No.10 in Dushanbe, where there is a study room and a lecture hall in which assistants-consultants work.

A Doctor of Medicine, a Professor and Candidates of Medical Science (research doctorate degree): N.M. Murodov, Zh.S. Saidova, Kh.S. Sharifzoda, G.A. Eshonkulova work at the Department. Academic degree holders’ rate has increased from 4.1% to 80.0%. All staff of the Department has been trained in family medicine in the country and abroad.
