Clinical base and personnel

The base of the department is the City Clinical Skin Hospital, designed with 50 beds for patients with skin diseases, of which 40 – are in the adult department, 10 – in the nursery. There are ten beds in the day hospital, of which 6 – in the adult, 4 in the children's department). The clinical base of the department provides a laboratory, to conduct general clinical, biochemical and serological studies of materials. There is a mycological laboratory, a cosmetology room, a physiotherapy department and a functional diagnostic room. All the staff of the department conduct educational, scientific and medical-consultative work at this hospital. Professors and associate professors conduct consultations, examinations and visits of patients according to the established schedule. The clinical base allocated 11 classrooms? A lecture hall and an electronic library to conduct educational work at the department.
