Extremist thinking, extremist religious groups and terrorist organizations as a huge regional and global danger have now seriously threatened the security and existence of most Muslim countries. The threat of these destructive phenomena has now transcended the national and regional and has become global in nature. The utilization of regional and global forces by these groups to achieve their objectives, the scale and nature of the risk, in particular, poses a threat to Muslim countries. Therefore, under the emerging conditions, only mobilization of all material and spiritual capabilities and implementation of a nationwide policy can be the right way to combat this thinking and this force.

The process of attracting young people to extremist groups around the world shows that a new generation of religious extremists, especially the followers of the so-called "Islamic State" terrorist group, has paved new and influential ways to agitate and promote their views among young people. It is this simple and effective promotional approach and the extensive use of modern media, electronic media and social networks that is one of the factors behind the success of this group and its international standing. In recent years, political and security structures of the country, religious organizations have made serious efforts to prevent young people from joining these parties and movements, but the study of the process of attraction in this direction shows that if the approach to propaganda and agitation in this matter changes a little, if the essence and risks of extremism and extremist groups are even more specific and simplified explained to people, the efforts of the state and society will have a double result. Because, in short, today missionaries of extremist religious groups simplify their approach and language, lowering themselves to the level of understanding the problems of our youth and easily luring them into their nets, while our researchers are on the threshold of their scientific and academic language, and our imams and khatibs still present complex classical khutbahs.

As a result, most of our conversations and commercials do not reach the youth, the minds of people. This is due to the fact that simplifying the expression and clear disclosure of the essence and danger of these groups to people is one of many methodological tasks in the process of combating religious extremism and ideological terrorism. First of all, it should be concretely clear for the very employees of our political bodies and security agencies, and then for every ordinary citizen of the country, what exactly is the danger of extremist thinking and extremist groups? That is, every public servant and every citizen must know precisely that this phenomenon concerns his homeland, carries a threat to his nationality and honor, his culture and beliefs, his peaceful life, his own life, the life of his mother, his wife and his child, his home and property, and his personal interests.

It is this direct and emotional perception of the risk of extremist groups that can prepare the minds of the masses of people and define the position of every citizen in the face of this phenomenon. It is this deep perception of the universal danger that can create the basis for mobilizing all the capabilities, interests, opinions of people in the face of extremism and terrorism.
