The essence of life is water. It is from here that the existence of all creatures in the world originates from water. The psychologist-philosopher and great Tajik-Persian writer Abuali ibni Sino (Avicenna) said that water preserves health. Man uses water in all moments of his life. Water protects man from dirt and impurities, from disease and pain. In fact, in a country where there is plenty of water, there is happiness, joy, prosperity and productive life. Because it is through water that we ensure the purity of ourselves and our existence. Thanks to water, we decorate our country, build gardens and flower beds, turn arid plains into fertile fields, build reservoirs and power plants. Therefore, Tajikistan, a miracle of nature, is a piece of paradise on earth. As in our land, no other part of the world has unique nature, clean water, fresh springs, beautiful and high mountains with rich underground resources. That is why Tajikistan is called the country of abundant and clean water. Its fresh water reserves and excellent quality have attracted the attention of the whole world. Therefore, the head of state always pays attention to the issue of water and its resources, careful, efficient and economical use of this vital resource, and regularly takes measures on this global problem at the national and regional level, as well as at the international level. By the way, keeping water clean, considering it holy, appreciating every drop of it is a great miracle and the duty of every human being. Indeed, today's society faces challenges due to climate change.

Because it caused drying up of rivers and excessive melting of mountain and mainland glaciers. It is a matter of pride for every Tajik people that today our country is recognized as a proactive state in the world arena. The main goal of the Head of our country with these wise actions is to provide water to underprivileged population, to solve serious issues related to water and equitable distribution of water, which calls everyone to be fair and economical. The world intends to solve water problems, all this contributes to strengthening the understanding of the importance of water for socio-economic development, environmental protection and ensuring peace and stability.

All this attention to water forces us to use water sources efficiently and economically. All of us, residents of the country, should contribute to the economical and environmentally friendly use of this precious wealth. As they said; "No water, no life". Therefore, in order to live a decent life, we should appreciate every drop of water, take care of it and keep it clean.
