CONGRATULATIONS ON THE TITLE OF PROFESSOR HONORARY!
It is very symbolic that thanks to the visionary and wise policy of the Founder of peace and national unity, Leader of the nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan Honorable Emomali Rahmon, ancestral friendship and brotherhood have been established between the Republics of Tajikistan and Uzbekistan, bilateral cooperation has covered all spheres of society and is constantly expanding.
In the light of this wise policy of the leaders of the two countries, the second forum of rectors of higher professional educational institutions of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Republic of Tajikistan was held in Tashkent city of the Republic of Tajikistan on April 15-16 of this year.
It should be noted that a number of mutually beneficial agreements were signed between Samarqand State Medical University and the State Educational Institution "Avicenna Tajik State Medical University" at this Forum, which contributes to the development and improvement of education and training in these institutions.
It is a matter of pride that on the margins of the second Forum of rectors of higher professional educational institutions of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Republic of Tajikistan for valuable contribution to strengthening mutual cooperation, valuable services in the development of health professionals and improving public health, the rector of the State Educational Institution "Avicenna Tajik State Medical University" d.m.s., professor Gulzoda M.Q. was awarded the title "Honorary Professor of Samarqand State Medical Institute".
Administration, the faculty staff of the university congratulate the distinguished master with this honorary title and wish him happiness in life and success in the development of cooperation.
