The role of healthy lifestyles in the development, upbringing and education of adolescents

Every parent wants to see their children healthy and happy, but not every parent thinks about how to make their children live in harmony with themselves, with the world around them, with people.

The secret of this harmony is simple - a healthy lifestyle, namely:

- maintenance of physical health, absence of bad habits, proper nutrition, kind attitude to people, joyful feeling of their existence in this world.

The result of a healthy lifestyle of adolescents is physical and moral health. It is not by chance that people say: "In a healthy body - a healthy spirit".

The most favorable age for the formation of healthy habits are preschool and school. During this period, the child spends a significant part of time in the family, at school, among relatives, educators, teachers, peers, whose way of life, norms of behavior become the strongest factors in the formation of their ideas about life.

According to scientists, 50% of a person's health comes from lifestyle, 20% from heredity, another 20% from the environment and only 10% from health care. Proper nutrition is the first thing parents should care about when they want to see their child healthy. Nutrition of children should correspond to the level of development and functional capabilities of the organism at a particular age period. Parents should not forget that nutrition is the basis of a healthy lifestyle.

The task of parents is, first, to inform teenagers about the harm that smoking, drinking and drug use do to their own health and the health of their loved ones, and second, to educate their children about the nature of these diseases.

Over the past few decades, the rapid development of digital technologies has led to a cell phone epidemic affecting the entire world. The cell phone has become an integral part of our lives. Today, almost everyone has a "cell phone". Every day there are publications proving the harmful effects of the cell phone on human health. However, we are so accustomed to this convenient form of communication that now it is almost impossible to give it up. Cell phones have a negative impact on human health. Parents need to teach their children the rules of cell phone use. The computer has also made its way into our lives. Universal computerization has a great impact on human beings. Like any achievement of progress, the computer is a source of negative effects on a person, brings harm to his health if used incorrectly, can cause diseases, and even more so computer addiction if it is constantly used by teenagers as entertainment (computer games). However, the computer becomes a kind, intelligent, tireless assistant, if you know all the moments of communication with it, observe safety rules, do not violate sanitary norms.

To the formation of a healthy lifestyle can be attributed daily activities on: - hardening with air, sun, water; - hygiene;

- ensuring motor activity; - creating a harmonious psycho-emotional state; - realization of the principles of environmental protection.

The importance of physical activity turns out to be, extremely important for our thinking activity. This is so because our brain uses only 10% of nerve cells in the process of mental activity. The rest regulate the functioning of our body. The mind is the body's regulator.

Parents should try to see their children with their inner world, environment, questions, problems and in an accessible language, figuratively, lucidly outline the spiritual and moral understanding of those phenomena and problems that interest them at each particular stage of spiritual, moral and physical formation.

Positive emotions are an integral part of a healthy lifestyle. To maintain physical health it is necessary mental hardening, the essence of which is the joy for life.

The well-known Academician V. M. Bekhterev (1857-1927) said: "The correct development and social health of the individual is the basis of the state welfare of the country". Healthy lifestyle of teenagers is not just words. It helps a person not only to feel full, but also is a kind of choice of life position.
