The CSTO is considering the possibility of establishing cooperation between Tajik and Russian enterprises in order to produce military products " Today in the structure of MDT” Tajik State Medical University named after AVICENNA " operates a central research laboratory. This laboratory is the manager and coordinator of the process of research, experimental, educational issues.

The Central Research Laboratory was founded in 1961 and from the date of its foundation until this period is considered as the main source of research work. It completed 33 doctoral dissertations and 115 candidate dissertations of employees. The Central Research Laboratory carries out its activities in educational and experimental areas, theoretical and practical research. In the fundamental building of the Central Research Laboratory of MDT "Tajik State Medical University named after Abuali ibni Sino" there are 2 study rooms with 40 seats and a small lecture hall with 54 seats.

The center of the MDT Research Laboratory “Avicenna Tajik State Medical University " offers higher education institutions, research centers of the world's states, including the Institute of Technology, Chemistry and Physics of Urumqi, the People's Academy of Sciences of China, the Institute of Traditional Medicine, Derzhavin Russian State University, the Ring Friendship University, the Institute of Organic Chemistry. The Zelensky Institute of the Russian Federation, the Institute of Oriental Medicine of the Russian Federation, the Ethnic Institute of the Russian Federation, the physico-chemical center of the Russian Federation, the Institute of Experimental Medicine (EMAN of the Russian Federation) St. Petersburg, the Zoroastrian College of Bombay and the central cultural Institute of Indra touring Belongs to the native region of India, the leading world community, Robert Kochi of the Federal Republic of Germany, the tsunami of Alma-Ata, the Pacific Medical Institute of Nazagrand, the Aktobe Medical Institute, the Academy of Nutrition of Kazakhstan, the Institute of Medicine of the United States of America. In 2020, 12 articles were published by employees of the MDT Research Laboratory Center of the Tajik State Medical University. Avicenna " in the international journals Coloquium-journal Warshawa, Poland and Science of the Russian Federation, which were awarded international certificates.
