Achieving such a good as national independence and statehood, understanding and protecting the most sacred values of statehood and nationality, are both a duty, obligation and honor of patriotism, pride in their state and nation, effort and contribution of every conscious person in society for self-knowledge, enlightenment and high national culture. It is necessary to note that the role of culture, education and upbringing of the younger generation in this process is very important in strengthening the sense of patriotism, national consciousness, respect for the history of ancestors and in preventing social conflicts. It is not in vain that self-serving forces at the beginning of their biased actions first reduce and paralyze cultural and spiritual (moral and religious) values, then create a sense of distrust and threat, and begin their ugly and dangerous actions. The reason for the emergence and spread of any undesirable phenomena is evidenced by ignorance of legal knowledge and self-awareness. Insufficient education and upbringing of the younger generation, especially young people, leads to their joining extremist groups. In such a situation, every educated person, especially parents, has a huge responsibility, as showing serious importance in the education of the younger generation and young people is one of the factors in the fight against the phenomenon of terrorism and extremism is considered a disgrace to modern society. The Leader of the nation, President of the Republic his excellency Emomali Rahmon about the problem, which is the issue of the day, says: Today, terrorism and extremism, like the plague of the century, threaten the security of the world and, every inhabitant of the planet, making a danger to humanity no less than nuclear weapons. The fight against terrorism and extremism requires the creation of an atmosphere of trust, respect for mutual interests and the unification of all countries of the world in the face of this common danger. A terrorist has no homeland, nationality or religion.

Today, in the process of globalization, it is impossible to resist the spread of various alien ideas and opinions without the existence of a stable and logically justified opinion in any area. Prevention of extremism is one of the important factors in protecting national unity and the stability of society and the development of the nation state.

In difficult times, for every nation and state, there are national and state values that unite people, citizens and the nation. In such sensitive and fateful moments, in spite of any contradictions, the nation and its children are one. The future we want to build is a society with more opportunities, security for our families, a higher standard of living and stability.
