Tajik women won six medals at the “KIWIE-2024” International Exhibition of Women Inventors
Tajik women inventors won three gold, two silver, and one bronze medals at the 17th International Exhibition of Women Inventors "KIWIE -2024," which took place online from June 20 to 22. This announcement was made by Mirzo Ismoilzoda, director of the National Patent Information Center at the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic. Nazirabegim Borajabova was awarded with a gold medal and a special award from the Inventors Association of Thailand for her invention "Substance with Anti-inflammatory and Wound-healing Effects." Shafoat Olimova was awarded a gold medal for her invention, "1-chloro-3-methoxytryptophalopropan-2-ol 3α,7β-dihydroxycholonic Acid with Antimicrobial Action" Additionally, Anisa Azizmamadova won a gold medal for her invention, "Method for Predicting Reproductive Health Disorders in Women".
Silver medals were awarded to Muhabbat Urunova for her invention titled "Materials for the Treatment of Infertility in Women with Uterine Hypoplasia (Small) of I-II Degree" and to Marjona Shonazarova for her development of the "Method for the Prevention and Treatment of Enteropathies Induced by Intensive Cytostatic Polychemotherapy".
Gulnora Hojieva received a bronze medal for her phytotherapeutic complex, "Chordoru."
These achievements highlight the significant contributions of Tajik women inventors to scientific and medical advancements on the international stage.
Nazirabegim Borajabova, Muhabbat Urunova, and Gulnora Hojieva are faculty members at Avicenna Tajik State Medical University.
