Experiments of the department of Pharmacology in the Laboratory of the Research Center
During the last 3 weeks, 3rd year students of all faculties under the guidance of teachers of the Department of Pharmacology in the Laboratory of the Research Center of the Avicenna Tajik State Medical University conducted experiments on experimental animals (frogs) on lesson topics: (Drugs that affect the sensory nerves; Drugs that affect the M and N cholinergic systems; Drugs that affect the adrenergic system). To conduct these experiments, students were introduced to drug such as lidocain, novacain, pilocarpine hydrochlorid, atropine sulfate and adrenalin hydrochlorid their form, mechanism of action (their pharmacological effect), the effect of drugs on the internal organs, learn the toxicity of drug( about the toxic effects of nicotine and increase their knowledge.
