CELEBRATION OF YOUTH WEEK OF TAJIKISTAN AT THE AVICENNA TAJIK STATE MEDICAL UNIVERSITY
On 18.05.2023 in the conference hall “Sino” of the Avicenna Tajik State Medical University Institute of Fundamental Medicine a joint event of the Avicenna Tajik State Medical University and the Committee on youth and sports under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan was held which was dedicated to youth satellite and youth week, with the participation of Deputy Chairman of the Committee of the youth of Tajikistan Rahmonzoda Umed, senior deputy of the Movement of National Unity and Revival of Tajikistan Sharifzoda Dodkhudo and the chairman of the Committee of the Union of Youth of Tajikistan Alizoda Daler.
Vice - Rector for educational and methodological work of Avicenna Tajik State Medical University d.m.s., professor Ibodzoda Saidmuqim Tillokhuja, deputy chairman of the Committee of the youth union of Tajikistan Rahmonzoda Umed, senior deputy of Movement of National Unity and Revival of Tajikistan Sharifzoda Dodkhudo and other guests and professors took part and spoke about the contribution and role of youth in the development of various spheres of life of the country, support of youth by the leadership of the country and implementation of state program of youth policy.
During the speech of vice - rector for educational and methodological work of the Avicenna Tajik State Medical University d.m.s., professor Ibodzoda Saidmuqim Tillokhuja, it was noted that: “The state and Government of Tajikistan from the first days of full independence of our republic by the state policy has put the youth as a priority direction, and in this connection a number of important decisions and concrete state programs have been realized, the purpose of which is all-round education of youth, opening wide way for effective activity of young specialists, providing conditions for life, rest and study of younger generation and preparing modern youth for purposeful and goal-oriented activity”.
In essence, young people are seen as a continuation of the work of the older generation, a creative force, a real potential for the development of society and the state, creating the future and a leading part of independent Tajikistan. The youth of Tajikistan bear the name of their wise, peace-loving, creative and noble ancestors, and the state and the Government of the country are constantly taking beneficial measures to support this creative and improving part of society. Under the leadership of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, the esteemed Emomali Rahmon, youth state policy has been identified as a priority area since the first days of independence, a number of laws and decisions, programs and strategies, concepts have been adopted and gradually implemented, the legislation on youth and state youth policy has been adopted and is gradually implemented in order to involve youth in comprehensive education, provide a wide path for effective activities of young professionals, ensure decent conditions for youth in the society. Today the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "On Youth and State Youth Policy", National Program of Social Development of Youth in the Republic of Tajikistan for 2022-2026, State Program of Education of Patriotism, Sense of Civil Responsibility and Strengthening of National Identity of Tajik Youth for 2023-2027, Strategy of State Youth Policy in the Republic of Tajikistan till 2030, National Concept of Education in the Republic of Tajikistan and others are in force in the country. The Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "On Youth and State Youth Policy" was first adopted only six months after gaining independence, March 13, 1992, which created the organizational and legal basis for state youth policy.
Rahmonzoda Umed - deputy chairman of the Committee of the Youth Union of Tajikistan, noted in his speech that: “The youth of Tajikistan bear the names of their wise, peace-loving, creative and noble ancestors, and the state and Government of Tajikistan are constantly taking beneficial measures to support this creative and developing part of society”.
In today's world, addressing the issue of youth and using their intellectual and physical capabilities is one of the conditions to achieve sustainable development of the state and society. That is why today the contribution and role of youth in the development of various spheres of life of the country are highly appreciated by the leadership of the state and the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, the state youth policy is supported, and the achievements of young people in all areas of life are significant.
In modern conditions, improving the level and quality of education, training worthy professionals who meet the requirements of our time, the transition to modern methods of teaching, the awakening of technical knowledge of society is considered one of the paramount tasks of educators, because only with science and knowledge, intelligence, ingenuity, ingenuity and innovation, you can be proud in front of people.
Administration of Avicenna Tajik State Medical University with the full responsibility uses conditions and opportunities to implement these goals in upbringing and education of students, makes great efforts to implement the state policy of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan in the direction of youth activity. Exactly from this moment achievements and indicators of the University at the level of the republic and outside of it gradually expand and become significant, scientific and educational indicators of young scientists and students of the school improve, efforts of the University administration to increase the level and quality of education of students and level of professional training of young medical specialists in recent years gave positive results and led to a number of educational, scientific and research achievements.
At the event, students, teachers and young staff of the Tajik State Medical University named after Abu Ali ibn Sino participated in international Olympiads and other national, city, district and university competitions and took honorary places. Certificates of honor, diplomas, were awarded monetary and financial memorable gifts established by the university administration.
It should be noted that the role of proud Tajik youth in all spheres, especially in strengthening the highest values of state independence, protection of peace and security, protection of state borders and land, is important. State independence becomes sustainable when every individual member of society, especially the youth, values and protects it as a great historical achievement, considering freedom and sovereignty the basis of their happiness and future generations of the nation. In modern times, young people play an important role in the development of the state and are the hope and support of the state and the nation. In fact, young people are the defenders of the homeland and the security of the state and society, the source of initiative and the main and reliable support of the state and the nation.
