A conference was held in Dushanbe city on the implementation of the "State Program of Reproductive Health for 2023-2027 years", which was approved by the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan on August 31, 2023, NIAT "Khovar" reports with reference to the Health Department of Dushanbe city.

It was stressed that this program is aimed at improving accessibility, quality and efficiency of reproductive services for the population, improving women's health, sexual and moral education, involvement of development partners, public organizations and private sector in providing first aid medical and sanitary facilities with contraceptives. Training of reproductive health workers, activation of organization of supply and distribution of contraceptives has been deployed.

At the same time, the goal of the Program is to develop informational and educational materials, raise awareness and knowledge of the population on reproductive health issues, improve the health of mothers and newborns, children and adolescents, and protect reproductive health. population in the context of overall coverage of health care services.
