State independence has created a favorable basis for the steady development of all structures of public life, including the necessary measures in the field of education and advanced training, and the enhancement of the position of women in society. That is why women have made a great input into the development of all spheres. Today a woman is a doctor, a woman is an entrepreneur, a woman is an engineer, an economist, a lawyer, a designer, and holds leadership positions. With the full support of the state leadership and the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, women have gained a special status in society and are engaged in significant activities in all spheres. The President of the Republic of Tajikistan, his excellency Emomali Rahmon, appreciates the work of women and girls, understands and supports their ideas, abilities, talents, loyalty and courage. Active participation of women and girls is observed in all spheres of society. The period of independence has entrusted young people, including women, with the responsible mission of patriotism and patriotism, as well as the protection and promotion of high Tajik culture and civilization. At the same time, in order to develop professional skills and increase the participation of women in managerial positions of great responsibility, the draft State Program for the training, selection and placement of managerial personnel of talented women and girls in the Republic of Tajikistan for 2023-2030 and aimed at sustainable development of women's activities. During the independence Tajikistan, a lot of attention is paid to women's education, because an educated woman educates society.

Sewing, or self-design, is one of the arts that is always in demand among the population, and by learning its subtleties, designers can present their national art at the international level. The increase of sewing workshops and enterprises in the country, on the one hand, lays the foundation for providing the country's residents with domestically produced products, on the other hand, leads to an increase in new jobs and permanent employment for women and housewives.

Thus, Tajik women made a valuable contribution to the creation of an independent Tajikistan by raising intelligent and patriotic children with a sense of responsibility.
