Social networks are one of the wide information platforms and source of various public objects and actions, which nowadays can be called an integral part of every user's life and activities. Today, social networks have become an integral part of our lives - many users are.

The 21st century has brought its values into people's lives, which cannot be separated from everyday life. Although social networks appeared in the last decade of the 20th century, at the beginning of the new century they have so strengthened their position in our lives that opinions on their benefits and harms are published daily. The group is of the opinion that progress in work, identity formation and communicating science is impossible without social media, and it is logical to consider it a core part of our activities. Social media and online venues are also the environment for work and job creation and there are people who call them Bloggers, Weiners, Ticktockers and they are effectively utilizing this opportunity. Another part believes that social media is the reason why a group of young people turn to terrorism and extremism. In social media, the interference of various people without status and usually with biased goals interferes with the political, legal and social structure of the state and nation, poisoning the thoughts and opinions of the younger generations. In part, domestic violence, cold relations between parents and children, and the weakening of young people's political, social and life consciousness are caused by the excessive use of the Internet and social media.

Analyses show that the number of mobile and Internet customers in Tajikistan is also increasing day by day. If in 1991 the number of telephone subscribers was only 277 thousand people, in 2021 the number of mobile subscribers alone will reach more than 8 million people. Currently, there are more than 4.2 million Internet users in the country. One of the most popular networks on the Internet is social networking, with billions of users. This network was created in 1995, but officially started to work in 2003-2004. It should be noted that Internet sites, especially social networks, are an important tool for influencing people's thinking, which cannot be compared to anything else. In today's conditions of information warfare, when both real and fake news are disseminated through Internet sites, especially social networks, it jeopardizes the security of society.

"Facebook, Instagram, Tik-Tok, Twitter and Odnoklassniki are among the largest and most popular social networks, and their users cover the global community.

In social media, things are simpler, there are many listeners and readers, enough conditions for writing a short comment and discussion.

The Internet, and especially social networks, are used for them as the main platform for spreading extremist ideas and views. Official media (newspapers, radio, television) are closed to them, so today the only available platform is the Internet.

It is identified that the use of computer networks does not always lead to democratization of processing and decision-making in organizations. Intensive use of social networks and narrowing of social ties leads to loneliness. It weakens internal relationships in families and contributes to depression. Therefore, the Internet must take its social place.

From this point of view, it is necessary to prevent any undesirable actions or misuse and misuse of Internet clients and take measures to stop them. All educational institutions in the country should constantly and practically carry out awareness-raising work on the culture of using cell phones as well as Internet networks, and convey to adolescents and young people scientific and practical evidence of the negative consequences of its misuse and unintentional use. Young people should not waste their precious time and should attend special language and art courses.
