Shanghai Cooperation Organization Park to be erected in Dushanbe
On September 16, in Dushanbe, with the participation of the Chairman of the Majlisi Milli of the Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Chairman of the city of Dushanbe respected Rustam Emomali and the Secretary General of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization Vladimir Norov, a presentation of the project of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization Park, which will be erected in the capital of the country in a modern style and with high art.
It was noted that the Shanghai Cooperation Organization Park will be the first facility in the world to be built for joint events of the participating countries, various regional and international exhibitions, cultural events and dialogue between the member countries of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization.
Its commissioning in the future will create a favorable platform for exchange of experience and negotiations.
The project and design of this facility was selected by the Founder of Peace and National Unity - the Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, respected Emomali Rahmon, for its timely construction the best specialists will be involved.
The Shanghai Cooperation Organization Park will consist of two floors, with separate corners for each member state.
According to the project, the park will house cultural corners, examples of customs and traditions of the member countries of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization.
As noted during the presentation of the project, the construction of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization park in Dushanbe in the future will provide an opportunity for residents and guests of the capital to get acquainted with the culture and traditions of various countries.
The park will also contribute to the development of humanitarian and cultural ties between the member countries of this authoritative organization.
It should be noted that the beginning of construction work in the Park of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization coincided with the celebration of the 20th anniversary of the SCO and the chairmanship of the Republic of Tajikistan in this organization.
On this day, along with the start of the construction of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization Park, the Dushanbe-2021 Festival of Feature Films and Television of the SCO Member States and the Film Festival of this organization in the People's Republic of China began their work.
The results of the events held among employees of various professions and children of the participating countries were presented at the ceremony. In particular, handicrafts of talented children were presented at the exhibition of children's painting of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization.
It was noted that in order to find talented persons, exhibitions and drawing contests are regularly held among children and adolescents. Among the activities in this direction are the Shanghai Cooperation Organization marathon and intellectual competitions.
During the event, the participants highly appreciated the chairmanship of the Republic of Tajikistan in the Shanghai Cooperation Organization in 2021 and the measures taken to date, noted the role and position of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, respected Emomali Rahmon, in the development of the organization, consideration and resolution of regional and international issues.
