SCIENTISTS COUNCIL OF MEDICAL UNIVERSITY
On February 23, 2023 under the direction of the rector of the Avicenna Tajik State Medical University d.m.s., professor Gulzoda Mahmadshoh Qurbonali the Council of Scientists of the Avicenna Tajik State Medical University was carried out.
During the Council the following issues were discussed:
1. Selection based on competition;
2. Application for academic titles;
3. Report of the head of department of public health and medical statistics with a course of history of medicine on teaching, methodical, educational and scientific activities for the period of his election for the position;
4. Report on the activities of the Library in the academic year 2021-2022;
5. The report of the educational and scientific-production center "Pharmacy" for the year 2022;
6. Report on the status of the training of scientific personnel in the departments of the University in 2022 and full-time graduate students who have not defended their PhD theses in the specified time frame. Status of the activities of the "Scientific Society of Students" in the departments of the University;
7. Various issues.
On educational and methodological, educational and scientific work report of the Head of the department of public health and medical statistics with the course of history of medicine of the Avicenna Tajik State Medical University c.m.s., associate professor Juraeva N.S, on activity of Library in 2021-2022 academic year report of director of Library of the University Boltaeva L.H. on activity of Training Scientific-Production Center "Pharmacy" in 2022, report of Head of Training, Scientific-Production Center "Pharmacy" of Avicenna Tajik State Medical University c.m.s., Gadoev B.S, about status of training of scientific personnel in departments of the University in 2022 and full-time postgraduate students who have not defended their dissertations in due time, and the status of the "Scientific Society of Students" at the departments of the University, head of department of training of scientific personnel of the University c.m.s., Alizoda S.Gh. were heard.
Also, in the section on various issues were discussed the following issues: approval of the subject of doctoral dissertation and scientific supervisor of doctoral student of the Department of Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics c.m.s., Qosimov M.M.; on motivation of the University teaching staff; approval of the research budget project of the Department of Pathological Physiology:
"Mechanism of changes in human growth regulation in living conditions in unfavorable ecological areas of the Republic of Tajikistan" for 2023-2024; on introduction of changes and additions in composition of interdepartmental problem commissions of directions of surgical diseases, internal diseases, medical theoretical disciplines, non-medical theoretical disciplines, on presentation of candidates for the academic title of associate professor.
