SCIENTIFIC COUNCIL OF THE MEDICAL UNIVERSITY
January 26th, 2023 under the leadership of the rector of Avicenna Tajik State Medical University d.m.s., professor Gulzoda Mahmadshoh Qurbonali was held a scientific Council of the ATSMU.
At the beginning of the Council, the University's employees, who celebrated their birthdays in January, were awarded by the University administration for their valuable and significant contributions to the development of human resources and healthcare in the country.
The following issues were discussed at the Council:
1. Proposal of the qualification commission for awarding the academic title of associate professor Nigina Madamonovna Daminova - head of the department of general surgery №1 named after Professor A.N. Qahhorov.
2. Proposal of the qualification Commission for awarding the title of associate professor to Nozimov Farhodjon Khojbekovich, associate professor of the department of general surgery №1 named after Professor A.N. Qahhorov.
3.. Report on the activities of the Department of Internationalrelations, the status of implementation of bilateral agreements on mutual cooperation and research and educational investment projects in 2022. The state of implementation of the goals, objectives, action plan of "Strategy for the development of Avicenna Tajik State Medical University until 2025" related to international cooperation.
4. Education quality updates in the first half of the academic year 2022-2023, problems and ways to improve the quality of education in the departments and the university.
5. Report of the Rector’s Service of the university on the status of work, the results of the decisions of the administration and the control meetings of the rector of the university, orders, instructions and instructions of the rector of the university in the first half of the academic year 2022-2023

On the activities of the Department of International Relations on the status of implementation of bilateral agreements on mutual cooperation and research and educational investment projects in 2022. Nosiri.
In the section on various issues approval of the subject of doctoral dissertation and scientific supervisor of doctoral students of the department of medical and biological physics with the basics of information technology c.m.s., Safarov B.B., approval of the Regulations on ordination, the Regulations on internship, Regulations of the Center of Postgraduate Education, the Regulations on qualification development and professional retraining, the Regulations on the procedure for interim certification of clinical residents, the Regulations on the appointment and payment of scholarships for clinical residents, interns and doctoral of the University, the implementation of advisory activities of staff of clinical department of the university, the submission of candidates for the scholarship of the Republican Committee of the Trade Union of Health and Social Protection of Population of the Republic of Tajikistan in 2022-2023 academic year were discussed, analyzed and seriously considered.
