Today, November 15^th, 2022 there was conducted scientific and theoretical conference on the framework of 30^th anniversary of XVI Session of Supreme Soviet of the Republic of Tajikistan and President’s Day in the hall “ Sino” with the participation of representatives of varies sectors such as: Center for Strategic Studies under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Training Center "School of Public Administration Emomali Rahmon" under the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, participant of XVI Session of the Supreme Council of the Republic of Tajikistan,

It is very symbolic that the health sector is considered one of the priority and primary directions of the wise policy of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan his excellency Emomali Rahmon, it has developed steadily and has achieved significant progress. Administration of the SEI “Avicenna Tajik State Medical University” its teachers and students, motivated by the fruitful results of the XVI session of the Supreme Soviet of the Republic of Tajikistan, are taking important practical measures to strengthen and present the achievements of the independence era, which practically originate from this session.

Thus, the Founder of national peace and unity - the Great leader of the nation, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Hero of Tajikistan his excellency Emomali Rahmon proudly fulfilled his historic mission before his homeland, his people and history. Today we can proudly and proudly declare that under the leadership of our President, dear Tajikistan has become an independent, legal, democratic, united and secular state.
