At the same time, the beloved Head of state noted that "The role of women is effective in maintaining peace and stability, protecting national and cultural values, instilling in children the sense of patriotism, national pride, humanity and responsibility, as well as preventing undesirable social factors".

The role of women in scientific and research activities is also significant. Every year, Tajik scientists prepare books and scientific and journalistic articles on the achievements of various areas of the country's economic and social life and represent Tajik science at national and international conferences.

Such a high-level conference was held at the National Academy of Sciences of Tajikistan under the title "Women's contribution to the development of modern science", where scientific reports of Tajik women scientists were heard. M. Sayfutdinova presented and represented SEI "Avicenna Tajik State Medical University" at conference on "Contribution of women scientists of Tajikistan to the development of medical radiology" was highly appreciated by the participants.
