February 2^nd, 2023, under the direction of the rector of the Avicenna Tajik State Medical University d.m.s., professor Gulzoda M.Q., a regular meeting of the University Administration was held. At the beginning of the meeting the rector of the university d.m.s., professor Gulzoda M.Q. was awarded Alieva Elena Ghulomovna, associate professor of the department of internal diseases №1 of the University was awarded with the Certificate of Honour and monthly salary in connection with the 75th anniversary.

It should be noted that Alieva Elena Gulomovna, as a selfless specialist, was successfully engaged in teaching, scientific and medical spheres at the stages of her professional maturity and achieved significant success in each of them. From 1974 to the present time Mausuf effectively works in different positions in Tajik State Medical University named after Abu Ali ibn Sino, simultaneously working as an associate professor of the department of internal diseases ¹ 1 of the university. Elena Gulomovna is known among the faculty as a soft and kind person, demanding and caring teacher, deserves sincere respect. As a well-known scientist in the field, he was actively involved in writing and developing several textbooks, teaching aids, was published over 70 scientific articles and 10 manuals, each of which has played an important role in unraveling the finer points of the worldview. She defended his master's thesis on "Actual issues of cardiovascular diseases in the inhabitants of the Republic of Tajikistan", the high value of which has been repeatedly emphasized by experts in the field.

The following items were discussed at the meeting:

1. Report on the Library's activities for the academic year 2021-2022;

2. Report of the Pharmacy Research and Production Center for the year 2022;

3. Various issues.

On the activities of the Library of the Avicenna Tajik State Medical University in 2021-2022 academic year, the report of the director of the library Boltaeva L.H. and on the activities of training and scientific-production center "Pharmacy" in 2022, the report of the head of training and scientific-production center "Pharmacy" of the ATSMU, Gadoev B.S. was heard. Rector of the University, d.m.s., professor Gulzoda M.Q in connection with establishing an effective library, attracting more students and customers to reading, as well as strengthening the pharmaceutical activities of the University, the officials were tasked.

In the section on various issues, the rector of the University d.m.s., professor Gulzoda M.Q. in order to implement the instructions and directives of the Founder of peace and national unity - the Leader of the nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Honorable Emomali Rahmon, specific instructions and assignments were given at the Avicenna Tajik State Medical University. In particular, the university faculty has been tasked to conduct educational talks with students on the issues of confronting the dangers of the modern world, such as terrorism and extremism, separatism and other destructive phenomena, before the start of the lesson, for 5-10 minutes. The lesson also included discussions about peace and stability, independence, and protecting the inviolability of the land of the ancestors, as well as about the disastrous consequences of young people following and joining terrorist and extremist parties and movements. At the same time, instructions were also given regarding the propaganda of patriotic ideas and the voluntary military conscription of citizens.

Rector of the University, d.m.s., professor Gulzoda M.Q. regarding the degree and academic ranks of the university, noted that doctoral students, postgraduate students and other researchers should be supported and encouraged in every possible way, and vice-rectors, deans, deputy deans, professors and other responsible persons are charged with providing internships for international students in the organization and conduct of the current semester after classes. The living conditions of students in the university dormitories should also be under constant control. Rector of the University, d.m.s., professor Gulzoda M.Q. noted that all employees of the University and structural divisions of the University are instructed to always keep the buildings, structures, alleys and roads adjacent to the University clean and orderly, to plant seasonal flowers and decorate flower beds and landscaping.
