On February 6, 2023 on the initiative of Committee on Youth and Sports Affairs under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan in "HAYATT REGENCY" was conducted the ceremony of awarding the winners in the field of work with youth in 2022 from 10 nominations and recognizing the winners of competitions announced by the Committee in 2022. In this competition the department of youth affairs of the Avicenna Tajik State Medical University was recognized as the winner in the nomination "The best department for work with youth institutions of higher professional education in 2022" and was awarded a Diploma of the Committee on Youth Affairs and Sports under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan.

In fact, young people are considered as a continuation of the work and activities of the older generation, a creative force and a real potential for the progress of society, creating the future and leading the state and the nation.

That is why today the state and the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan support youth policy and appreciate the contribution of young people in all vital spheres. The involvement of the younger generation in the study of historical heritage, the formation of national identity and art is a special interest of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon in the renaissance and recognition of national values.

The Head of state, the Leader of the nation his excellency Emomali Rahmon constantly emphasizes in his speeches that: "Young people should be the namesake of their wise, peace-loving, creative and noble ancestors."

Avicenna Tajik State Medical University has created all the necessary conditions for the implementation of state youth policy and constantly supports the creative and innovative ideas of young people.
