Today, 23.05.2023 in the conference hall “Sino” of the Avicenna Tajik State Medical University on the initiative of the leadership of the Committee on youth and sports under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, in cooperation with the administration of the Avicenna Tajik State Medical University, in order to implement paragraph 10 of the Plan of political, international, cultural, educational and sports activities in the youth satellite devoted to the Youth Day of Tajikistan, which is approved by agreement with the Head of the Executive Office of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan dated 07.04.2023, № 10442 (26.3) the republican Conference on “President, youth and modern science” on the occasion of the Youth Day of Tajikistan with the participation of deputy Prime Minister, representatives of the Executive Office of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, heads of relevant ministries and agencies, organizations and institutions, representatives of Majlisi namoyandagon Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, rectors and directors of secondary and higher professional education institutions Laureates of the Ismoili Somoni Award, fellowship holders of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan young scientists and researchers, successful sportsmen, soldiers and officers, volunteers and active youth of the country, in total more than 1400 people were organized and conducted.
The republican Conference on “President, youth and modern science” was attended by officials and public figures, representatives of state bodies, including deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tajikistan on social issues and public relations Emomali Nasriddinzoda, deputy Chairman of People's Democratic Party of Tajikistan Khairiniso Yusufi, deputy Chairman of Dushanbe Odilzoda Dilbar, President of National Academy of Sciences of Tajikistan Farhod Rahimi, representative of Majlisi namoyandagoni Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan Malikzod Parvina Inoyatullo, rector of the Avicenna Tajik State Medical University Mahmadshoh Qurbonali, rector of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of Tajikistan Ghafurzoda Abdukhalil Davlatali, director of the Academy of Agricultural Sciences of the Republic of Tajikistan Pirzoda Jalil Safar and active youth of various professions in all aspects of youth life, including with the support of the state and the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan under the direction of the Founder of peace and national unity - Leader of the nation, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, distinguished Emomali Rahmon, on this active, initiative layer and the future builder of the state and society, provision of worthy life and free development youth, equal state privileges and guarantee in access to rights and freedoms, role and position of youth in formation and development and strengthening the supreme values of state independence, national unity, protection of borders and lands of the country, administration the new national system of governance of the Tajik people, Strengthening of discussed internal and foreign policy relations and dignified representation of peace-loving Tajikistan in the international arena.
Under the leadership of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, the esteemed Emomali Rahmon, since the first days of full independence, youth state policy has been defined as a priority area, and a number of laws, decisions, programs, strategies, concepts have been adopted, in general, legislation on youth and state youth policy have been adopted and implemented step by step, with the aim of involving youth in comprehensive education, opening a wide path for effective activities of young professionals, ensuring decent conditions for qualified personnel at the expense of today's young people of independent Tajikistan. In legal and secular Tajikistan there is the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "On Youth and State Youth Policy", National Program of Social Development of Youth in the Republic of Tajikistan for 2022-2026, State Program of Education of Patriotism, Sense of Civil Responsibility and Strengthening of National Identity of Tajik Youth for 2023-2027, Strategy of State Youth Policy for the Period to 2030, National Concept of Education in the Republic of Tajikistan and other regulations are in force. The purpose of developing, adopting and strengthening legislation on youth and state youth policy is to promote the political, economic, socio-cultural, spiritual, cognitive and physical development of youth, protect the rights and interests of youth, create conditions for independent and responsible participation of youth in political, economic, social and cultural life of the country, material, financial and social support for youth, as well as their socially significant initiatives. The administration and teaching staff of the Avicenna Tajik State Medical University with a high sense of responsibility use all conditions and opportunities to achieve their goals and make a valuable contribution to the implementation of state policy of the Republic of Tajikistan in the direction of youth. Exactly from this moment the achievements and indicators of the University at the level of the republic and beyond it gradually expand and become significant, scientific and educational indicators of young scientists and students of the school improve, efforts of the University administration to improve the level and quality of education of students and the level of professional training of young medical specialists during the last years give good results.
Thus, in today's world, addressing the issue of youth and using their intellectual and physical capabilities is one of the conditions for achieving sustainable development of the state and society. That is why today the contribution and role of youth in the development of various spheres of life of the country is highly appreciated by the leadership of the state and the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, the state youth policy is supported, and the achievements of young people in all areas are significant. Youth is the object of national and state interests and is considered as one of the main factors of state and society development. The future of the new generations must be inseparably linked to the tasks of protection, development and revival of the country.
