The duty of faith and conscience of each of us is to achieve peace and stability, to show gratitude to the master of the state and country, to participate in creative activities and to multiply the successes of our people and state. Every citizen of the country should know that the current state of the world gives the opportunity to exist and develop only to peoples and nations that, in addition to being knowledgeable, technological, creative and creative, must still be united.

We should always remember that being a citizen is a great happiness and pride. And it is an even greater responsibility to value this priceless gift - that is, the Motherland and its independence.
