Parents are obliged to closely monitor the behavior of their children, because education begins in the family, and the behavior and speech of parents should be an example for children. The role of the family is great in realizing this goal, and a healthy and constructive family environment can play a significant role in raising faithful heirs of the Motherland. The Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "On the Responsibility of Parents in the Education and Upbringing of Children" played a key role in raising a responsible generation, reducing juvenile delinquency and a bright future for children, and created a favorable basis for strengthening the self-awareness and knowledge of adolescents.

The foundation of a healthy society depends first and foremost on a healthy family. Namely, the cooperation of the three institutions, school, community, and family, will create a favorable environment for the proper upbringing of adolescents, and in this context the future generation will grow up. The public understands the essence of this law and pays special attention to the education and upbringing of children. The law specifically stipulates parental responsibility for the education and upbringing of children, which aims to involve as many young people as possible in their studies and to prevent any misconduct. As soon as the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "On the Responsibility of Parents in the Education and Upbringing of Children" enters into force, everyone who knows and knows himself, especially parents, will be directly involved in its effective implementation.
