KEEPING NATURE CLEAN IS A CITIZEN’S DUTY!

KEEPING NATURE CLEAN IS A CITIZEN’S DUTY!

In the regular Message of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, His excellency Emomali Rahmon to Majlisi Oli, the issue of keeping the paradisiacal nature of our country clean as always, was put in the first place. The Head of State addressed the noble people of Tajikistan and emphasized that "...let’s turn the nature of our paradisiacal Tajikistan into a flower garden, make prosperity, cleanliness and freedom starting from every home to the remotest villages, make the entire territory of our homeland lush and green, and prove to the world that we are the owners of an ancient culture and civilization."

SEI “Avicenna Tajik State Medical University” along with other offices and institutions make the message of the beloved head of the country a daily exercise and activity and play an effective role in keeping the environment clean and tidy, landscaping and beautification. This week, the university's landscaping and beautification activities are underway as usual, and 326 different ornamental plants have already been planted since the beginning of the academic year. Of this number, 107 pieces of “Thuya” spruce, 25 pieces of “Marchwini” spruce and 194 pieces of “Sosna” spruce have been made. Today the planting of the next number of saplings in the gardens around the educational buildings is in full swing.

It is should be noted that 44,000 tulip bulbs were planted at the end of November last year and are now growing. Seasonal flowers such as “Viola” were planted in the university's greenhouse, and 8,000 flowers were planted at the entrance to the main building of the university.

In January 2014, 20,000 seeds of the seasonal flower “Salvia” were planted in the greenhouse.

Works in this area will continue to grow and expand more than ever before.
