At the department of pharmacology was held an online lecture on the topic "Drugs affecting the respiratory system. The lecture was conducted by c.ph.s., associate professor of the department of pharmacology FGBOU VO "Kursk State Medical University" of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation Udalova S.N. The lecture was attended by teachers of the department of pharmacology and students 19, 29 and 30 groups of the medical faculty of the 3rd year. After the welcome speech of the head of the department of pharmacology, candidate of medical sciences, associate professor Urunova M.V. the planned lecture was heard.

Associate professor Udalova S.N. demonstrated in great detail antitussive, expectorant and bronchodilator drugs. Also noted the mechanism of action and side effects of cough and expectorant drugs. At the end of the lecture students actively participated in the discussion.
