STUDENTS’ VICTORY ABROAD
At the Turkmenistan State Medical University named after M. Garryev, the 2nd International Internet Olympiad was held in virtual form, which was attended by active students of the University - Murodi Shukrona Mansurzoda - 1st year student of pediatric faculty, Valiev Munavvarkhon Islamkhonovich - 2nd year student of stomatological faculty, Rasulova Sitora Sunnatulloevna - 2nd year student of the medical faculty and Abdulloev Diyorbek Ghanievich - 3rd year student of the medical faculty under the guidance of associate professor of the department of medical biology and genetics, c.b.s., Shakhsufbekova O.N., took an active participation and took 3rd place, was awarded with diploma level 3. The Olympiad was participated students from 200 institutes and universities of the world.
It should be noted that one of the main goals of the University is to develop the outlook, knowledge and skills of the country's future specialists in the field of health care, thus expanding comprehensive cooperation with foreign universities and institutes.
Last year, the University signed cooperation agreements with 9 higher professional educational institutions of the Russian Federation, 1 higher professional educational institution of Kazakhstan, and held meetings with 3 higher professional educational institutions of the People's Republic of China for further cooperation.
In general, from 2016 to 2023, SEI "Avicenna Tajik State Medical University" concluded agreements and contracts with 87 higher education institutions of foreign countries, which contributes to the comprehensive development and high quality of education.
