In accordance with the Action Plan of the Executive Committee of the People's Democratic Party in Dushanbe in the framework of the youth week dedicated to the Youth Day of Tajikistan from May 17^th was held a basketball tournament among female students of higher and specialized secondary educational institutions. May 20^th , 2022 the team "Sino" of the Avicenna Tajik State Medical University under the leadership of the head of the Physical Training Department of the University, Aslonov D.I. took part in this competition and won II place among 23 institutions of higher and secondary vocational education. At the end of the contest the leadership of the Executive Committee of the People's Democratic Party in Dushanbe awarded the winners with medals, diplomas, cups and souvenirs.
