According to the analysis of economic experts, any country with a growth rate of more than 5 percent in the global environment indicates that the national economy is functioning normally. Over the past seven years, the national economy of the Republic of Tajikistan has averaged a growth rate of 7.5 percent, and its total domestic product has increased 1.5 times. This is a sign that the living standards of the population are improving, and during this period, the monetary income of the population has increased 3.3 times, from 37.2 billion TJS in 2017 to 112.7 billion TJS in 2023.

It is clear that the development of the national economy can be highly dependent on the presence and extent of poverty in a country. Fortunately, the poverty rate has been reduced from 29.5 percent in 2017 to 21.2 percent in 2023. In order to continue this process, the national government is mandated to implement specific measures to reduce the poverty rate to 10 percent in the next seven years. In order to improve it, it has been deemed necessary to ensure that the national economy develops at a rate of at least 8 percent in 2024 through effective implementation of the adopted programs and plans.

The implementation of the norms of the Constitution has allowed us to organize strong foundations of society and the state, to strengthen peace and tranquility, political stability and national unity, to ensure stable economic development of our country, to ensure decent living conditions and free development of every citizen of the country. In this regard, the President of the country proposed to declare 2024 the "Year of legal education" in honor of this very important historical date.

At the same time, for the sustainable development of the country, the implementation of all adopted programs should be implemented not only theoretically, but also every plan and assignment of the top leadership of the country. At the same time, the great Leader of the nation said: "The people of our country have the potential to live to be a hundred years old". Therefore, we can confidently say that the implementation of all the assignments of the Head of the country can lead to the provision of stable economic development of the country and the region.
