A new stage in the development of pharmacology at the Avicenna TSMU
Management of TSMU after name Avicenna has prepared educational, production and pharmaceutical activities to fulfill the instructions of the Founder of Peace and National Unity - the Leader of the Nation, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, the respected Emomali Rahmon. The reform of the pharmaceutical education system has been carried out and a favorable basis for establishing the production of medicines has been created, a modern production facility has been introduced. Based on the implementation of the recommendations and instructions of the Founder of Peace and National Unity - the Leader of the Nation, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, dear Emomali Rahmon, the pharmaceutical center of the medical University was established in 2016, and today a new stage of development of this center has already begun.
The pharmaceutical center of the medical University is an educational and production center, the center of pharmaceutical science of the country and contact the pharmaceutical authorities of the republic. The center has three departments: the departments of Pharmaceutical, Pharmaceutical and Toxic Technology, Pharmacanesia and the organization of pharmaceutical economics.
The pharmaceutical center of the University has established the activities of the educational, scientific and production center “Pharmation". The main purpose of the educational, scientific and production center "PHARMATION" is to create conditions for the organization and conduct of the educational process, educational and production experience, production, research work, information on medicinal materials and at a high level of training professional skills in the conditions of the scientific and production center of the industries, which contributes to the training of highly qualified specialists in the field of pharmacy and bringing them into compliance with international standards.
The center consists of the main building, the courtyard of the building, a warehouse, five lines and apartments, a lecture hall, an elvarium, a laboratory of the department of pharmaceutical chemistry, etc. The center has an electronic planner, a multimedia projector, computers, a printer and a scanner, a TV, analytical scales, an autoclave, an Asian spray gun, a rotating device, a device along paper wallets, gluten, an elite vibrator. Slate plants and antiseptic solutions: bobun flower, hooch fruit, tea grass, pumpkin seed, corn sticks, corn sticks, kokuti grass, likugia grass, pudina, arpoboditene fruits, mine herbs, grass pollen, antiseptic solution “Lavandol", aniseptic solution " in the educational, scientific and production center” Pharmacat“, and also contain a certificate of compliance. As we mentioned above, there are 5 production lines established in the educational, scientific and production center "PHARMATION".
The first line is the processing of medicinal plants of Tajikistan, it includes more than 28 names of medicinal plants of our Homeland, studied by the biological and chemical nature and its pharmacopoeia, which are presented in the form of dorugal materials. On the line for processing medicinal herbs of Tajikistan, herbs are collected, dried and thawed, which are carried out by modern devices. The center's employees, with the involvement of students from the regions of the country, can annually collect more than 50 tons of medicinal herbs.
The second line is the production of synthetic drugs. The first stage of processing of medicinal raw materials takes place in the 1st room of the production of synthetic drugs. The new equipment that has arrived at the center has been installed for the first time at the pharmaceutical faculty of drug processing. With the use of these devices, crushing, sterilization and mixing of dorug raw materials is carried out. Graphs or planes are prepared through devices in different sizes. In the 2nd room, the production line of synthetic drugs is carried out by pressing the powder in tablets and capsules (capsules). In this room, the final form of the medicinal material is prepared from granular materials. With modern installation devices, the granule is prepared in the form of tablets in various sizes with a hedgehog. Packaging of medicines is carried out on the line for the production of synthetic drugs in the 3rd room. A sealed device is installed in this room and packed in cylinders of different sizes and in capsules (capsules). 5 types of medicines are prepared here.
The third line, the production of retention substances from medicinal herbs. In the chemical testing room of the production line for the production of additives from medicinal herbs, chemical properties are carried out using modern devices before processing and after the test. Testing work is carried out on the basis of pilot standards, allowed only in relation to product conformity and use. For employees of the Department of Pharmaceutical and Toxicology of TSMU Avicenna was given the opportunity to conduct research along with involvement in testing and teaching work.
The fourth line, the production of liquid capsules (capsules). In the first room of the production line for the production of a bottle bottle, domestic materials are made in the form of a liquid shell as a door through production plants.
The production of liquid spoons of various sizes, which is carried out using the capsulypay apparatus, which is a production of the Belarusian Republic, has been established. For the development of the agricultural sector, Tajikistan needs to overcome problems with storage, sorting, packaging, trade (wholesale market) and logical means, experts of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) believe. The Center constantly cooperates with specialists of Belarus and conducts training courses for specialists of the Center with them. Already 4-5 types of medicinal materials are made in the form of liquid capsules (capsules). One of these materials is ointment with ointment, its therapeutic feature has been studied and is popular. However, it is very difficult to use and consume this oil. Now, when it becomes in the form of capsules (capsules), it is incredibly durable and meets the requirements of pharmaceutical standards. The management of the university carries out effective activities of the educational, scientific and production center "PHARMATION", which in the future will ensure the fullness of the needs of the population of the country in lubricating oil with diligent oil, almond oil, fishing oil, pearl oil. In the second room there is a line for the production of liquid napkins and dryers for drying.
The next reception of the chairman of the city of Khujand The first conference on the extrusion of domestic medicines is provided with powerful eclectic equipment. One of the main and important processors will be executed using an extractor device. This device allows you to automatically separate medicinal herbs from the continuing material and prepare them in an extracellular form. Currently, the center makes an extract of 5 medicinal herbs. In the second room, an extreme extrant line of domestic medicines is being prepared, and the device protrudes into a solid eclectic part of the liquid. The extrusion device is currently the only one in the republic, thanks to this solid extraction, it turns into a powder. The powder obtained after chemical analysis is offered in the form of tablets and bottles (capsules). Today, it is possible to perform care from the roots and grass to the intended hab. This is a significant achievement in the field of Tajik pharmacy. In the pharmacy room for the production of medicines, pharmacy materials prepared in pharmacy conditions are provided. In this room of 58 names, medicinal materials will be processed.

Scientific activity the educational "scientific and production center" PHARMATION " organizes research work and supervision of their implementation, organization of scientific events (scientific conferences, symposiums, a printed table, seminars, meetings with veterans of the field of pharmacy), conducting scientific works – comprehensive examination, training of scientific and pedagogical personnel through postgraduate studies, applicants and doctoral studies, establishing public scientific activities of students, creating conditions for specialized pharmaceutical departments to conduct research work, developing new ways of pharmaceutical services and training local specialists based on raw materials (Rus, animals, mineral attics, etc.), developing new medicines and paraphernalia, training young specialists in such activities and improving the qualifications of scientific and scientific-pedagogical specialists., actively participate in scientific conferences– introduction of the national policy on medicines, introduction of the concept of effective use of medicines through the formation and strengthening of the system of collected information on medicines, assistance in the development and implementation of the national policy on medicines in the process of informing about cooperation with the Ministry of Health and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Tajikistan and professional organizations of medical workers, state and international organizations, institutions and experts, as well as international organizations., in accordance with the management of the university, the organization and holding of scientific and practical conferences, seminars, training courses for students and teachers of various groups of health workers in order to effectively use medicines, provide collected and real information for the formation and revision of basic norms and documents on the rational use of medicines (catalogs, standards, instructions) in cooperation with the relevant departments of the Ministry of Health and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Tajikistan by teachers of the population of the Republic of Tajikistan in the field of health and education,, promotion of a number of activities of the SEI technology park " Avicenna TSMU Tajikistan".
