Yesterday evening, a tragic accident occurred in the city of Kulob, Khatlon region - a road traffic accident.

Due to a technical malfunction, a truck collided with a passenger car and two residential houses, killing 10 people and injuring several others.

President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Leader of the nation Emomali Rahmon expressed his deepest condolences to the families of the victims and wished a speedy recovery to the injured.

The Head of State also instructed the relevant structures and bodies to provide material assistance to the families of the victims, take immediate measures to treat the injured and restore the damaged houses.
