On July 16 of this year, with the aim of familiarizing with the progress of medical services for the population, strengthening efforts in construction and improvement, engaging in free and open communication with patients and their relatives, addressing existing problems and deficiencies, and further enhancing the level and quality of medical services and population protection, Minister of Health and Social Protection of the Population Jamoliddin Abdullozoda visited several healthcare institutions in the Khatlon region.

During the visit, the Minister of Health and Social Protection of the Population reviewed the activities of the "Republican Center for Rehabilitation and Permanent Residence of the Elderly and Disabled in the Kushoniyon District" and the Buri Vakhidov Regional Clinical Hospital in Bokhtar, Khatlon region.

In particular, the Minister reviewed the treatment progress of several patients at the Buri Vakhidov Regional Clinical Hospital in the city of Bokhtar and spoke with their relatives. During the visit, Jamoliddin Abdullozoda discussed with the management of the institutions the issues of expanding construction work, controlling the sanitary-epidemiological situation, observing the etiquette of communication between doctors and patients, improving the level of medical services for the population, and other industry-related issues. Specific instructions were given to the responsible persons.
