October 4^th of this year, during the 30^th International Congress of the Association of Hepatopancreatobiliary Surgeons of CIS countries on strengthening joint cooperation in the field of surgery, the Minister of Health and Social Protection of Population Jamoliddin Abdullozoda was awarded the Vishnevsky Medal and a letter of thanks of this association for strengthening joint cooperation in the field of surgery.

It should be noted that the above-mentioned Congress is held in the Republic of Tajikistan for the first time in its 30-year history.

During the awarding of the medal and Certificate of Honor, the officials of the Association of Hepatopancreatobiliary Surgeons of the CIS countries expressed their gratitude to the Tajik side for the warm welcome and creation of decent conditions for holding this high-level event.

It should be said that this Congress will continue until October 6 this year in Dushanbe.
