May 28^th , 2022 at the Department of children’s diseases №1 was held a mini-conference dedicated to "International Children's Protection Day". Department’s assistant Qobilova B.H., in her speech, speaking about the history of origin and celebration of this day, she has noted that in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "On public holidays" June 1^th is celebrated annually in the country as International Children's Protection Day.

Children are socially unprotected category. Therefore, taking care of them is one of the main tasks of the state. The Republic of Tajikistan, along with other countries of the modern world, provides all the necessary legal framework for the protection and defense of the rights and interests of children and takes effective measures for their proper education and upbringing in a favorable environment.
