Information struggle, as a means of influencing human consciousness, has today led human society both to progress in various spheres and to the emergence of violent conflicts in some countries of the world. We, the people of Tajikistan, can proudly say that our press is free. The right to freedom of speech is given to us by the Constitution of the Republic of Tajikistan. The Constitution of the Republic of Tajikistan, which guarantees everyone freedom of speech, freedom of the press and the right to use the media, is recognized as one of the best constitutions in the world. Indeed, freedom of the press, freedom of speech and freedom of the press are the fundamental pillars of media freedom and are enshrined in Article 30 of the Constitution of Tajikistan, which states: "everyone is guaranteed freedom of speech, freedom of the press, and the right to use the media".

Freedom of the press and pluralism (diversity of opinions and views) should be exercised only within the framework of the law and in accordance with the law. It should not be abused so as not to jeopardize the stability of society and so that the freedom of one person does not contradict the legitimate interests and freedoms of another person. Sometimes articles appear on social media that at first glance appear to be in the interests of the nation and the state, but in fact are provocative. "Truthful information is used in small amounts to process the mind, which when properly arranged creates an entire pyramid in a true-false structure" (Source: https://www.anti-malware.ru/threats/information-war). The consistent speeches of self-serving groups against the state and the nation disseminated through social media do not help our people, and the mission of these media in Tajikistan is completely different. They pursue the nefarious interests and ambitions of some superpowers.

In order to prevent discrimination, we, Tajik people, especially the youth, should not succumb to the provocations of these channels so as not to tarnish the name of the Tajik people in modern history. Today, we can state with satisfaction that thanks to state independence, all the necessary legal and organizational foundations have been created for the sustainable development of independent Tajikistan and the establishment of national statehood.

President Emomali Rahmon in his Address to the Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan noted that in a short period of time we have managed to proclaim and ensure by the Constitution and other legislative acts the basic norms of a democratic state - the foundations of a democratic state, including its secular and social nature, the inviolability of human and civil rights and freedoms, political pluralism, the establishment of a professional parliament, guarantees of justice and equality before the law, as well as freedom of conscience. The annual Addresses of the President of the country to the Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, which determine the annual prospects of political, economic, socio-cultural development of the country, lead to constant support and study of the society. Each of the points of the Address, primarily aimed at the general public, has a deep political and educational content, and is focused on the key sectors of the country, economy and industry, energy, roads and transport, security and defense, law enforcement agencies, health care, culture, science and education, social protection, youth, sports and tourism.

Looking at the history of our nation, we know that Tajiks, thanks to the diligence, creativity and ingenuity of their genius children, were able to gain freedom and enter the arena of science, literature, politics, and achieve the era of revival of statehood, self-knowledge and unity. The Founder of peace and national unity - the Leader of the nation Emomali Rahmon is one of the genius sons of our people who saved the Tajik people, its language and traditions from the threat of colonization by powerful states and nations. The head of state put an end to all conflicts and hostility within the country and presented the state called Tajikistan to the world. The main goals of the leadership of the state and the Government are to improve the living standards of the people, sustainable development of the state and the formation of a civilized nation, and the well-being of every family in Tajikistan.

The people of the ancient Tajik nation, having repeatedly overcome life's difficulties, have sufficient experience, and following the constructive policy of the Founder of peace and national unity, President Emomali Rahmon, pays special attention to the study and popularization of self-knowledge, protection of national historical and cultural values, expansion of democratic and secular worldview, sustainability of unity and stability of society. We all understand very well that no state can make progress without a wise and professional leader, so we should honor the merits of the great Leader of our nation with our behavior and devotion to the Motherland and people. Remembering the bitter experience of the past, every Tajik and citizen of Tajikistan is obliged not to allow alienation, betrayal of the interests of the nation and the state and dissemination of false information in social networks.

In this regard, parents, teachers and educators, the older generation, clergy, government officials and law enforcement officers need to educate young people in the spirit of patriotism, sincerity, humanity, peacefulness and political vigilance, without forgetting the bitter experience of the 1990s. Each of us is obliged, first of all, to set an example by our own behavior and patriotism, educating the young generation in the spirit of humanism, patriotism, kindness and diligence, to guide the people and youth of the country to the prosperity and progress of the Motherland.
