Taking care of young people and solving their problems is one of the main tasks of the Government of the country, because the majority of the population of Tajikistan are youth. That is why, young people of the country are working and active in all social spheres. Over the years of independence, 140 thousand hectares of land, including 52 thousand hectares of water land, the bulk of which belongs to young families, have been given to more than 1 million 420 thousand families for housing construction. In other words, more than 8 million 800 thousand residents of the country have improved their housing conditions, most of them are young families.

Also during this period, 11 thousand new sports facilities were built, mainly for youth. The youth of the country participate in national and international sports competitions and represent their homeland - Tajikistan to the world. Over these years, 1 million 48 thousand young people have been admitted to higher professional institutions of the country and beyond. Our young people, who are the generation of the time of independence, make a significant contribution to all spheres of life of the society and the state, in particular, to the defense of the borders and land of the Motherland, security of the people. and the state of Tajikistan, great constructions of the century and progress of science and culture of the nation. Every year the number of young people willing to protect the borders of the Motherland increases.

It should be noted that in 2023 year, more than 3,000 young people won international and national competitions and Olympiads. Teenagers and young people participate in international competitions and Olympiads and raise the flag of the Republic of Tajikistan. The country is adopting and implementing a number of plans and programs aimed at promoting a State policy on youth, creating favorable conditions for the development and nurturing of their abilities and talents, and further improving the level and quality of life and activities of young people. is an active social group. It is a testimony to the fact that from time to time, the available scholarships for scholars have increased. In this context, in the aspect of improving the level and quality of education of adolescents and youth, priority should be given to the issue of increasing their sense of national consciousness, patriotism, patriotism and humanism.
