Along with political and social threats and hazards and the safety and health of planet Earth associated with the unpleasant effects of climate change, heat waves, melting glaciers, and natural disasters threaten the safety and stability of human life. Climate change and its negative consequences for the planet have become a global problem in recent years. Unpleasant consequences of this process force mankind to try as never before to protect natural resources and avoid unpleasant consequences of natural cataclysms. With foresight and concern for the people of the planet, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan his excellency Emomali Rahmon expressed his views on climate change and its negative impact on the peaceful life of the inhabitants and sustainable development of the world from the rostrum of influential international organizations, and made proposals and suggestions to avoid the unpleasant consequences of this process. The National Adaptation Strategy of the Republic of Tajikistan for the period until 2030 based on the provisions of the Constitution of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "On the state perspective, the concept, strategy and program of socio-economic development of the Republic of Tajikistan" has been adopted.
