The Republic of Tajikistan is known not only for its international level initiatives in the field of environmental protection and ecology, but also for its beautiful and rich nature of medicinal and ornamental flowers and plants, and a world of colorful flora that has won the hearts of the whole world. The suitable climate, divided into four seasons, also has its charms. Nature is the source of life and the basis for the development of society, is considered the main source of satisfaction of material and spiritual needs. Harmony of weather, flora and fauna, material and spiritual world was considered by our ancestors as one of the most ancient ecological problems, and this issue is considered very important even today.

It is worth noting that in recent years global climate change has led to instability of the hydrological situation, rains in winter and moderate air cooling in summer negatively affect the hydrological cycle and thus water resources. According to analysts, if water regulation is not changed, by 2025, two-thirds of the population will suffer from a shortage of drinking water. However, representatives of international organizations believe that Tajikistan's initiatives on water and climate will gradually eliminate many problems in the region and the world.
