From August 1, the structures of the executive bodies of Dushanbe city will use the «Smart Pay» program in their activities to switch to cashless payment. In this regard, the decision of the Chairman of the Dushanbe city honorable Rustami Emomali was adopted.

This decision was made in order to ensure payment of all state taxes and fees, fines, permits and licenses, compulsory state insurance, utilities and other types of public services for the implementation of the first phase of the Smart Pay program.

We remind that on the basis of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan «On measures to expand non-cash payments» from August 1, 2023, payment of taxes, state fees for issuance of permits and licenses, other mandatory payments to the budget, fines, compulsory state insurance, medical services, utilities, other types of public services, as well as receipt of funds by ministries, departments and state organizations is carried out in non-cash order.
