Thanks to the wise policy of the Founder of peace and national unity - Leader of the nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan his excellency Emomali Rahmon, our dear country is steadily developing and the security of the people of the country is ensured.

In modern times, one of the crimes that pose a serious threat to the foundations of the constitutional order and security of the state are crimes of terrorist and extremist nature. All countries of the world are trying as soon as possible to find a new way to combat and eradicate this undesirable phenomenon for society. This dangerous trend can lead to the destruction of peoples, nations and States. The entire international community cannot remain aloof from the threat of these undesirable phenomena.

The Founder of peace and national unity - Leader of the nation, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Honorable Emomali Rahmon, in his speeches at high-level international conferences expressed: "Today we are all witnesses of terrible and tragic events which are taking place in different parts of the world. The expansion of terrorism and extremism, religious armed conflicts, transnational organized crime and drug trafficking pose a serious threat to the security of our countries. Now the intensification of terrorist and extremist groups and other insurgent movements in hot spots around the world has jeopardized the security of all people of the planet."

Indeed, terrorism and extremism, like the plague of the century, threaten the security of the world and every inhabitant of the planet, posing no less danger to humanity than nuclear weapons. Day by day, terrorism and extremism have become a global threat and disturb the modern world.

These appearances are realized not only in the domestic policy of individual countries, but also in the relations between individual states, which was noted by the Leader of the nation Emomali Rahmon in his speech: "The fight against terrorism and extremism creates an atmosphere of trust, respect for mutual interests and unification requires all countries of the world to face this common danger. The use of "dual policy" in relation to terrorism and extremism seriously reduces the effectiveness of the international community's efforts to jointly combat these phenomena, on the contrary, creates new contradictions between military and political coalitions and makes the world equal. more unstable. "I have stressed several times from the tribunes of the UN and other influential international organizations that terrorists have no homeland, nationality, religion or creed."

Extremism and terrorism are among the undesirable manifestations of modernity, and it is the duty of every person to fight them. Terrorism and extremism, like the plague of the century and other undesirable phenomena, create threats and dangers to the peace and security of the planet, the stability of the state, destroying peace and unity of peoples and nations. However, no society will develop without social protection.

The Leader of the nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Honorable Emomali Rahmon, on this issue, which is the pain of the day, emphasized: “Today, terrorism and extremism, as the plague of the century, which threaten the security of the world and every inhabitant of the planet, and pose no less danger to humanity than nuclear weapons”.

It is worth noting that the Republic of Tajikistan has organized and held several high-level conferences and meetings to combat terrorism and is always at the forefront of the fight against this undesirable plague of time.

It is clear from the above that today every member of society needs to fight terrorism and extremism. Because only in harmony it is possible to fight this undesirable and dangerous phenomenon. People of our civilized society with a high sense of patriotism, patriotism, self-consciousness and God-consciousness will never allow the violation of peace and stability in the country.
