The radical changes in political technology that are now sweeping most countries force us to work more with the people, especially the younger generation, to protect our society from external interference. The analysis of the “color” and “arab spring” revolutions shows that the presence of ethnic and group struggles was the main factor in their emergence, and therefore the presence of these elements in society should be relatively eliminated. In order to achieve their ugly goals, terrorists influence young people by any means and methods, in this regard, they widely use the Internet.

That is why our state implements many programs of work with youth. Among them, universities, schools, youth centers, governmental and non-governmental organizations working with youth have been established throughout the country, where hundreds and thousands of young people are working in science, culture and construction for the development of their country. We hope that in the near future such concerns of the state will completely free our youth and our entire nation from the undesirable processes of modernity, and we will walk with our heads held high on the path of creativity, peace and national unity.

Under such conditions, teaching political culture among young people plays an important role, because it is political culture that contributes to the development of political consciousness, democratic institutions, parliamentarism, tolerance of the people in a pluralistic environment. The enhancement of political culture, political consciousness, political idea should be permanent in the education of the new generation of society. Education of young people in the spirit of national values should cover all areas of science and education. To prevent illegal actions in the political system of society and to preserve the stability of the state, we must rely on national and traditional values such as tolerance, respect, youth, honesty and other human qualities, and actively participate in the economic, political and social progress of the state.

It is clear that the development of national idea and state thinking is the evidence of the domination of science and the awakened personality of the nation under the conditions of nationhood, ensuring the existence of political independence. In general, the world experience shows that the protection of science and knowledge and other national interests and intellectual development should have a conceptual plan and the educator should always be educated. In particular, the education of patriotism, the formation of patriotism and identity at the level of state thinking depends on the actions of educators and political leaders, and the citizens of the country should not be left out of this process in the formation of the national idea.
