In order to participate in a meeting of ministers and high-level experts of the "Group of Five" states "On the development of the health sector on the basis of SGBV, infectious diseases and diseases transmitted across borders" from 6 to 10 May Minister of health and social protection of population of the Republic of Tajikistan Jamoliddin Abdullozoda visited Tehran of the Islamic Republic of Iran. This was reported to AMIT Khovar by the Ministry of health press center.

As a part of the working visit, a meeting was held with the leadership of several branch structures of this state. During the meeting with Bahram Eynullahi, Minister of health, medicine and medical education of the Islamic Republic of Iran, the sides expressed willingness to expand bilateral cooperation. In particular, the establishment of cooperation between the State Educational Institution "Avicenna Tajik State Medical University" and the production holding "Barkat" on therapeutic cells were discussed. In this context, it was proposed to hold meetings through the telemedicine system.

At the same time, on the basis of certain privileges, in meetings with the leadership of the Shahid University of medical sciences and Tehran University of medical sciences.

Development of cooperation in the field of pharmaceuticals and medical equipment, including the establishment of joint ventures in Tajikistan, in a meeting with the leadership of "Hisha Pharmaceutical Co." and conducting research for further production of medicines from medicinal plants of the country was proposed during a meeting with the leadership of the Association of Traditional Medicine of Iran and the company “Treatment with Medicinal Plants”.

In this context, establish cooperation between the Ministry of Health and Social Welfare of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Health Insurance Organization of the Islamic Republic of Iran to study the experience of implementing compulsory health insurance and holding meetings through the telemedicine system.

Establishment of cooperation between the relevant structures of the Ministry of health and social protection of the Republic of Tajikistan with the University of Medical Sciences and the Integrated Sleep Hospital of Tehran on therapeutic sleep and its complications, including training of specialists of the Republic of Tajikistan in educational institutions of Iran in a meeting with the leadership of the University of Medical Sciences and the Integrated Sleep Hospital of Tehran.
