CORRUPTION - A MANIFESTATION OF UNCOMFORTABLE SOCIETY

CORRUPTION - A MANIFESTATION OF UNCOMFORTABLE SOCIETY

The goal of every society and every state, as well as its political leadership, is to organize and ensure a happy and peaceful life for the people and the country, prosperity and pride of the nation in the international arena. However, to achieve these lofty goals, many obstacles must be overcome.

Corruption and other acts of a corrupt nature create an obstacle to the development of the economy and the well-being of the people, the realization of human and civil rights and freedoms, stability and peace of any country and pose the greatest danger - distrust of the population in government authorities. Corruption is one of the dangerous manifestations of society and is recognized globally as a serious crime and one of the elements that threaten national security and undermine the development of social and economic stability of the state, which impedes economic progress, weakens the building of a democratic society and affects the development of democracy.

Corruption in modern conditions has turned from a domestic problem into an international problem. This undesirable phenomenon in my studies showed that it has deep historical roots and arose and appeared along with the formation of states. We should not forget that corruption, along with other global risks, has become one of the global problems and has a negative impact on the economic and social processes of society and the ideology of humanity.

Corruption or corruption itself is recognized as the plague of the century, and issues of combating and resisting it have always been recognized as one of the top priorities by international organizations, especially the United Nations.

Fighting and countering corruption, or corruption itself, is a collective activity and should not be entrusted only to authorized government bodies. The aspect of countering this undesirable phenomenon and its eradication has been repeatedly emphasized by the country's top leadership.

From this point of view, it is necessary to take measures to prevent corruption, create an uncompromising environment for it and involve all government bodies, the media and civil society institutions in the fight against corruption in this process.

It is worth noting that the Republic of Tajikistan, with the acquisition of state independence and the constructive initiatives of the Founder of national peace and unity - Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon, took confident steps in the fight against corruption, and all organizational and legal foundations were laid to prevent this plague of the century. In order to strengthen anti-corruption policy and strengthen the legal and institutional framework for the fight against corruption, relevant legal acts have been adopted and are being implemented.

It should be noted that all authorities and the population of the republic must fight corruption and carry out the instructions of the leader of the nation, which were given in the next message, and for a decent life with a clean hand and heart.
