Scientific activity is one of the important activities of the Avicenna Tajik Sino State Medical University. The university administration and teaching staff pay special attention to scientific activities and training of scientific personnel in order to develop and develop the science of Tajik medicine, annually organize and conduct various scientific and practical activities within the week of science.

From the 24^th till 28^th of April 2023 in Medical University continues its work. According to the Program of the conference, scientific sections and symposiums are planned.

On April 25, 2023 within the framework of science week there were held sections "Surgery-1" (general surgery, obstetrics and gynecology), "Surgery-2" (cardiovascular surgery, reconstructive surgery and microsurgery, traumatology, neurosurgery, pediatric surgery, urology), "Internal Diseases" (Endocrinology, Neurology, Psychiatry), "Otorhinolaryngology, Ophthalmology, Dentistry", "Pharmacy", "Theoretical Medical Sciences", scientific and practical symposium "Topical Questions of Medical Terms Regulation". There are sections and symposiums on different issues in the field of surgery, obstetrics and gynecology, cardiovascular surgery, reconstructive surgery and microsurgery, traumatology, neurosurgery, pediatric surgery, urology, internal diseases, endocrinology, neurology, psychiatry, otorhinolaryngology, ophthalmology, dentistry, pharmacy, theoretical medical disciplines, as well as the Scientific and Practical Symposium "Topical Issues of Medical Terminology Regulation" was conducted and discussed and analyzed by doctors and young scientists and students.

It is very symbolic that increasing the level and quality of scientific work, introduction into clinical practice of the most important achievements of researchers and young scientists is always in the focus of the university administration. That is why the teachers of the school pay more and more attention to research of different areas of medical science, and the number of researchers is increasing due to talented young people.

The organization and conduct of these events is a testimony to the expansion of scientific and practical relations between young Tajik scientists and students and foreigners from distant and near countries.
