On January 26-27, 2024 at the Avicenna State Medical Institute in Bukhoro, Republic of Uzbekistan, the IV International Olympiad "From the study of Avicenna to the third Renaissance" was held with the participation of foreign students.

In the given Olympiad students of 40 universities and institutes from 10 countries participated and competed in various disciplines, among them the team "Avicenna" of the Avicenna Tajik State Medical University under the leadership of the assistant of the department of internal medicine №2 Hakimov Y.V. had an active participation. University team "Avicenna" won the Olympiad and returned home with the results of 1 first place, 3 second places and 2 third places:
