CELEBRATION OF THE STATE INDEPENDENCE AT ATSMU
Today, September 9th, 2022, was conducted ceremony event on the framework at Avicenna Tajik State Medical University.
The festive event was opened by the rector of the Avicenna Tajik State Medical University his excellency Gulzoda Mahmadshoh Qurbonali who spoke about the essence and importance of state independence, the preservation and strengthening of the achievements of the independence era, the role of state independence in the development of the health sector, in particular, they emphasized that: "The independence of the Republic of Tajikistan for the Tajik nation is a prominent sign of the stability of the state, the survival of the nation, a symbol of originality and identity, a symbol of historical ideals and dreams, and the honor and prestige of joining the independent country of Tajikistan to the civilized world. In the modern world, only a nation that has real independence and a free and independent state can be honored."
Rector of the University his excellency Gulzoda Mahmadshoh Qurbonali has emphasized that the role of SEI “Avicenna Tajik State Medical University” has essential role in preparation of personnel. Annually, dozen of students are graduating this university and working inside and outside our country with great spirit.
In fact, medical science was a proud profession for our ancestors, and the precious works, thoughts and activities of our great ancestors during the independence period were developed and strengthened by the true heirs of the great Sinai, and their methods of healing will serve for hundreds of years for the education and training of doctors in different countries of the world. During the years of independence, Tajik doctors worked in dozens of countries around the world and made Tajik medicine famous in the world.
At the ceremony event which is dedicated to the Independence Day of the Republic of Tajikistan, was assessed that during the years of independence, the constitutional and legal foundations of the independent state of Tajikistan were established, the directions of economic and social policy, the approach to foreign relations expanded, national identity, self-awareness and pride of patriotism increased, freedom of conscience and activities of public organizations within the framework of the law. Our dear motherland, under the wise leadership of the founder of national peace and unity - the leader of the nation, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, his excellency Emomali Rahmon, is steadily advancing on the path of building a new democratic, law-based, secular, unified and social society, and the prestige of Tajikistan is constantly growing in the world.
Government of the Republic of Tajikistan during the years of State Independence focusing on society health and protection of social population, forms the infrastructure of medical institutions and protection of social population. As the President of the Republic of Tajikistan his excellency Emomali Rahmon underlined that: “ Nation’s health is luxury for the country”. The 31st anniversary of the State Independence of the Republic of Tajikistan is very memorable for the employees of the "Avicenna Tajik State Medical University", because the Peace Lesson and the beginning of the new academic year in the country with the participation of the Founder of Peace and National Unity - the Leader of the Nation, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon and with the commissioning of the new and modern main building of the Medical University. The opening of a new and modern building provides a modern foundation for the development of education and training, as well as for the development of the health sector of the country. All these achievements are the result of state independence and have been achieved only in the peaceful environment of Tajikistan, dear to the Tajik nation. We should always remember that being a native is a great happiness and pride, and to appreciate this precious gift, that is, the Motherland and its Independence, is an even greater responsibility. Therefore, it is necessary to constantly pay tribute to the sacred national values, state independence and peace and stability of our homeland and respect them.
