Today, April 28th, 2023 in "Sino" hall of the University was held the plenary session of the 18th scientific-practical Conference of young scientists and students of SEI "Avicenna Tajik State Medical University" with the participation of foreign representatives on "Science and innovations in medicine - 2023", where were discussed the important scientific reports. In the plenary session of the Conference with the participation of the minister of health and social protection of Population of the Republic of Tajikistan, d.m.s., professor Abdullozoda J.A., deputy minister of education and science of the Republic of Tajikistan d.m.s., Abdukholiqzoda L.A., deputy President of the national Academy of sciences of the Republic of Tajikistan d.m.s., professor Ghoibzoda A.J, Rahimzoda U. - deputy chairman of the Committee on youth and sports under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, director of the department of country strategies and health systems of the world health organization regional office for europe, Daniya Natasha Azzopardi Muscat, general director of "National Research Center of Medical Radiology" of the Ministry of health of Russia, president of the Russian Association of oncologists, professor Andrei Kaprin Dimitrievich, head of WHO Office in Tajikistan Victor Olshavsky, very important scientific lectures were held, including "Development of oncology service in Russia", "50 years of journey", "Epidemic situation of tuberculosis with different levels of drug resistance in the Republic of Tajikistan", "Support for nutrition in Tajikistan", "Prospects of artificial intelligence in medicine".
