On 24.05.2023 a regular meeting of the University Administration was held under the guidance of the rector of the Avicenna Tajik State Medical University d.m.s., professor Gulzoda Mahmadshoh Qurbonali.

At the beginning of the meeting the rector of the university d.m.s., professor Gulzoda M.Q., director of the Central Scientific - Research Laboratory of the University, c.m.s., associate professor Ghaniev Khurshed Abdualievich was awarded a certificate of merit and a prize in honor of his 60th birthday.

It should be noted that after graduating from the faculty of biology at the Avicenna Tajik State Medical University in 1985, Ghaniev Khurshed Abdualievich began his teaching career and, until 1994, he worked as a teacher in general secondary schools in the capital. Having gained rich experience, in 1994 and connected his further destiny with Avicenna Tajik State Medical University and made education and training of young and future medical workers an important area of his professional activity, and for years of his diligent work and strong professional knowledge he enjoyed well-deserved respect of his colleagues and students. Ghaniev Khurshed Abdualievich started to work at the university as an assistant of normal physiology department and was promoted to associate professor, simultaneously being director of the Central Research Laboratory of the university. He is a prolific scientist, author of more than 120 scientific works, including 1 textbook, 13 patents and 6 scientific and methodical manuals.

     The following issues were discussed at the meeting:

1. report of the head of the department of neurosurgery and mixed accidents on educational and methodical, educational, scientific and therapeutic work for the period of his election to the post.

2. News on the results of the clinical training of the 6th year medical and pediatric faculty in the academic year 2022-2023.

3. Various issues.

On the first question - educational, scientific and therapeutic work in the department of neurosurgery and mixed injuries - the report of the head of the department of neurosurgery and mixed injuries of the university, Professor Berdiev R.N. and on the second question - the results of clinical training 6 course of medical and pediatric faculty in 2022-2023 academic year, according to the head of the production department of the university, c.m.s., associate professor Matinov Sh.K. were heard.

Rector of the University d.m.s., professor Gulzoda Mahmadshoh Qurbonali, in order to implement the goals, objectives and action plan "Development Strategy of the Avicenna Tajik State Medical University until 2025," related to teaching, methodological, teaching, research and treatment, control over the production practices in the relevant periods, which are established by the University Administration, and its effectiveness, in general for the benefit of the University gave specific instructions and assignments to officials.

In a section on various issues, the rector of the Avicenna Tajik State Medical University d.m.s., professor Gulzoda Mahmadshoh Qurbonali pointed out the educational activities and gave instructions and orders to officials to control and regulate the recommended clothing of students and staff, in particular the serious use of students wearing thongs.
