In 2019, Avicenna Tajik State Medical University has been granted by European Union within Erasmus Plus program, and the University received a grant to implement its project “Improvement of CHILDdren care teaching as a template for upgrading medical education in Central Asia”.

To achieve the objectives of the Project, the Tajik State Medical University named after Abuali ibni Sino intends to invite qualified organizations, companies and private entrepreneurs (hereinafter interested parties) to express interest in providing price offers for:

- Interactive touchscreen board

Minimum requirements: at least 80”, 1920x1080 resoultion in Full HD, brightness of 430nit, HDMI

input, contrast of 5000:1 in order to guarantee proper visibility inside a classroom that is around

40sqm, including management software for the E-Board and abilty to interconnect every device to

the board for sharing personal teaching material with the whole room

- General purpose PC to support the e-board

Minimum requirements: motherboard with DDR4 support and CPU compatible socket (with both

USB ports 2.0 and 3.0 available), quad core-processor at least 3GHz, RAM memories at least 8GB

DDR4, memory storage at least 256GB SSD, graphics card up to 4GB with display output up to 1920x1080

- Manual mobile trolley

Requirements: abilty to support the weight of the E-Board and computer

- Videoconferencing camera

Minimum requirements: 1920x1080 Full HD resolution with zoom

- Audio kit for videoconferencing

Requirements: unidirectional wired solution for full audio interaction in rooms around 40sqm of at least 20 students

- Videoconferencing software

Requirements: capabilty of at least 10 partecipants per conference, abilty to share files, record a conference and to access the conference from every kind of modern device, the ability to chat during the videoconference as well as the ability to partecipate with audio only

- Web platform for storing lectures

Requirements: store whole videolectures to a wide storage space ranging from 1TB to 5TB

- Software functionality must use common standard protocols and formats for videoconferencing, as well as provide accessibility from every kind of modern device (iOS devices, Android devices, and so on) and every kind of modern operating system (Windows, Mac OS, Linux, etc.)

- UPS that supports the whole system described
